It involves services ranging from attending to requests for building general maintenance and repairs (i.e. electrical, plumbing and drainage, building and carpentry works, minor painting work respectively) and possible site work around the buildings. Carrying out general building works under the minor capital work category, project managing building works and sub-contractors. Tender documents are available from the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) www.gets.govt.nz. Any enquiries about this contract must be made via www.gets.govt.nz. Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 27 November 2024 and must be submitted electronically via GETS.
