Work Detail
Sip-4 4X95 Is One Of The Most Powerful Models Of Self-Supporting Insulated Wires, Which Belong To The 4Th Type Of Design. These Conductors Are Made With Aluminum Conductors, Covered With An Insulating Layer Of Light-Resistant Cross-Linked Polyethylene. Thanks To Such Design Features, This Type Of Cable Production Can Be Used For Power Supply Networks With A Nominal Alternating Voltage Of Up To 1 Kv. Deciphering The Abbreviation And Marking Of Conductors The Sip-4 4X95 Wire Model Is Deciphered As Follows: C – Self-Supporting; And - Isolated; P - Wire; 4 – Constructive Execution; 4 – The Number Of Conducting Rods; 95 – Cross-Sectional Area Of The Main Vein, Mm2. There Are General Industrial And Specialized Conductors. Structure Of Sip-4 Wire 4X95 This Type Of Cable Production Includes The Following Elements: The Main And Secondary (Zero) Wires Are In The Amount Of 4 Pieces, Which Are Made Of Aluminum. The Current-Conducting Rod Is Represented By Several Thin Conductors (At Least 7 Pcs. 4.45 Mm Thick), Which Are Woven Together. The Wire Has A Cross Section Of 95 Mm2, A Diameter Of 11-12 Mm, And The Weight Is 1.03 Kg Per 1 Linear Meter. A Layer Of Insulation Made Of Light-Resistant Cross-Linked Polyethylene, In Which Each Core Is Placed. The Thickness Of This Coating Is 1.43-1.7 Mm, Which Provides Insulation Resistance Up To 10 Mω. A Twist Of Isolated Wires, Which Are Intertwined In The Right Direction At A Step Of 45 Mm. Self-Supporting Type Insulation Of Wires Svetostabilizirovanny High-Pressure Polyethylene Pvd Shell Distinction A Self-Supporting Wire Protected With A Current-Conducting Core Made Of Aluminum Alloy With Insulation Made Of Light-Stabilized High-Pressure Polyethylene At A Voltage Of 0.66/1 -20 Kv. The Material Of The Wire Is Aluminum Gost 31946-2012, Sip-4 4X70 The Abbreviation Sip Stands For Self-Supporting Insulated Wire. The Number 4 Here Means A Variety Of Construction, Which Is A Cable With Four Aluminum Cores. The Latter, In Turn, Are Recognized As Phase Current Conductors. It Is Noteworthy That Insulation Made Of Cross-Linked Polyethylene Is Used Here. The Second Number 4 Also Indicates Four Wires. The Number 70 Means A Section Of Seventy Square Millimeters. Composition Sip-4 4X70 The Material Of The Product Is Very Important. As It Was Said Above, This Wire Uses An Aluminum Core - It Is Multi-Wire, Sealed And Round. Here, Thermoplastic Light-Stabilized Pvd Is Used As Insulation. Thanks To This, The Wire Can Be Successfully Used For Many Years.
