Overhaul And Refurbishment Work - Execution Of Work Within The Framework Of The Investment Object Consolidation And Energy Efficiency Of The Nicolae Titulescu Technological High School - Stage 2 - Consolidation. A. Proposed Intervention Measures In The Framework Of The Technical Expertise For Buildings C1÷C4 - In Order To Bring The Safety Level Of The Structure To The Seismic Risk Class Rsiv If, Following The Uncovering Of The Finishing Layers, Deterioration Of The Reinforced Concrete Elements Is Found (Cracks, Damage In The Layer Reinforcement Covering, Depth Damage, Corroded Reinforcement) These Will Be Recorded By The Builder In A Relay Of The Structure, Specifying The Type, Size, Position And A Photograph. The Assessment Of The Deterioration Of The Existing Reinforced Concrete Elements Will Be Sent To The Technical Expert And The Structural Designer. Defects In Concrete/Reinforced Concrete Elements Shall Not Be Covered With Finishing Layers Without Applying The Remedial Measures Detailed Below. In Principle, It Is Recommended To Carry Out Remedial Procedures Based On Epoxy Mixtures, As They Are More Efficient And Perform Better. If There Is No Staff With Experience In The Use Of Epoxy Resins Or The Necessary Equipment And Materials, Cement-Based Remedial Procedures Can Be Used. The Procedures And Materials Indicated Above For Repairing The Defects Of Reinforced Concrete Elements Are Extracted From C 149 /87. Since The Date Of Issuing The Standard, The Repair Materials And The Installation Procedures Have Advanced From A Technical Point Of View, They Can Be Replaced With Similar Products Superior In Terms Of Physical And Chemical Characteristics. Only Technically Approved Products In Romania Or The European Union Will Be Used, Respecting The Manufacturers Strict Technical Sheets. Masonry Areas With Dislocations Or Friable Elements And Mortar Will Be Cut And Sealed With Materials With Mechanical Characteristics Similar To The Existing Ones. Reinforcement Of Masonry Walls By Lining With Reinforced Shotcrete. Interventions At The Floor Level To Repair The Damage Found. Degraded Wooden Elements At The Level Of The Roof Will Be Replaced And Mandatory Checking/Supplementation Of The Anchoring Of The Roof By The Structural Elements In Reinforced Concrete; After The Execution Of Corresponding Intervention Works, The Buildings (Build C1÷C4) Will Fall In Class Rs Iv Of Seismic Risk. Ii.B. Technology For Implementation Of The Structural Works Provided In The Framework Of The Technical Project: 1. Interventions Will Be Carried Out To Replace The Cracked/Fractured Solid Pressed Brick Masonry. The Replacement Of The Masonry Will Be Carried Out In The Assizes, By Removing The Affected Bricks In A Maximum Of 4-5 Rows, By Manual Processes And Replacing Them With Old Bricks, From Recoveries, With The Same Sectional Characteristics. They Will Not Unfold Vertically More Than 4÷5 Rows At The Same Time. After Replacing The Bricks In The Asise, We Will Move On To The Next Asise. A Specification With More Details Regarding The Repair Of Fractured Masonry Will Be Attached To This Documentation. 2. Shirt Works Will Be Carried Out
