1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Ground Quicklime With High Reactivity Along With Reloading To The Storage Tank (Silo) Of The Ordering Party Located At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Strzyżów, Ul. Tunelowa In Quantity And With The Following Parameters: 1) The Basic Scope Specifies The Purchase Of Ground Highly Reactive Quicklime In An Amount Of 600 Mg, 2) The Scope Covered By The Option Law Specifies The Purchase Of Ground High Reactive Quicklime In An Amount Of Up To 200 Mg, 3) Cao + Mgo Min. 92%4) Mgo Max 2%5) Co2 Max 3%6) Reactivity T60 – 40-90 Sec. 7) Residue On 0.09 Mm Sieve – Max 15%3. The Order Will Be Implemented Successively In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025.4. The Supply Must Be Uniform In Terms Of Reactivity (Mixing Lime With Different Reactivity To Obtain Appropriate Parameters Is Not Allowed) And Cannot Exceed 30 M3 At A Time. 5. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Will Demonstrate Compliance With The Above Requirements With A Document Confirming The Quality Of The Lime Delivered And Is Obliged To Attach To Each Delivery A Warehouse Release Document Confirming The Quantity Of Lime Delivered.6. The Ordering Party Will Place Orders As Needed. The Contractor Will Successively Deliver The Subject Of The Order With Specialized Tanks At The Contractors Disposal, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 643), Within A Period Not Longer Than 2 Days From The Date Of Notification By E-Mail By The Ordering Party, Ex Wastewater Treatment Plant In Strzyżów Ul. Tunelowa – Storage Tank (Silo) Of The Ordering Party. 7. The Contractor Bears The Risk And All Costs Of Transporting Lime To The Place Of Order Fulfillment, As Well As The Costs Of Insuring The Delivery Item And The Costs Of Moving Lime From The Means Of Transport To The Storage Tank (Silo) Of The Ordering Party.8. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Ordered Lime Until It Is Discharged Into The Storage Tank (Silo) Of The Ordering Party.9. The Contractor Will Bear Full Legal Responsibility For The Quality, Origin Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order And Timeliness Of Deliveries.
