The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Project Management Services Entitled: Construction Of A Network Of Bicycle Routes In Western Pomerania - Western Lake District Route, Stage Xi. 2. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 9 Supervisions And 30 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction And Marking Of Bicycle Routes In Three Communes; Złocieniec, Czaplinek And Borne Sulinowo Communes. There Are Two Investment Sections To Be Completed, The First One Near The Town Of Kołomąt, 1.76 Km Long, And The Second One Near The Town Of Żelisławie, 0.48 Km Long. Additionally, There Are Sections Only For Marking: One Section In The Złocieniec Commune With A Length Of 2.30 Km, Four Sections In The Czaplinek Commune With A Total Length Of 16.30 Km And Two Sections In The Borne Sulinowo Commune With A Length Of 0.80 Km. The Total Length Of Investment Sections Is Approximately 2.24 Km And The Sections To Be Marked Are Approximately 19.40 Km. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Removal Of Trees And Bushes, 2) Removal Of The Topsoil Layer, 3) Demolition Of The Surface, 4) Execution Of Earthworks - Excavations And Embankments, 5) Construction Of The Designed Bicycle Path Structure, 6) Installation Of Safety Devices Traffic, 7) Execution Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings.
