Food, Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products – Kiosk And Groceries. This Eu Tender Relates To The Ordering And Delivery Of Kiosk And Daily Goods To The Inmates In The Customers Detention Center And Immigration Center Or To Internal Kiosk Solutions Where The Inmates Are Shoppers. The Contract Will Be Concluded Between The Correctional Service And The Winning Tenderer, With The Inmates Acting On The Solution. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Public Tender In Accordance With The Announcement Of The Public Tenders Act (Lbk No. 10 Of 06/01/2023) § 56 And § 57. The Tender Includes 28 Of The Prison Registers, Where The Inmates Each Separately Order A Kiosk Once A Week And Groceries For Own Consumption. The Tenderer Must Therefore Only Deliver To 28 Addresses, Regardless Of The Number Of Orders, As The Inmates Are Gathered At These Addresses, Which Are However Distributed Throughout Denmark, Cf. Appendix 6. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Establish A Standardized Solution For Ordering And Delivering Kiosks - And Groceries For The Inmates, Which Ensures Consistency In Assortment, Price Level, Deliveries, Ordering And Payment Methods As Well As Security Across The 28 Registers. Likewise, The Intention Is That The Offer Ensures A Broad And Representative Assortment Within The Offered Categories, Including Low-Priced Goods, And That A Price Level For Grocery Stores Is Offered In General
