Part No. 1 - Delivery Of Ready-Made Dog Kennels 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Kennels And Materials To Adapt The Service Dog Facilities To The Applicable Regulations For The Needs Of The Provincial Police Headquarters In Łódź And Its Subordinate Units. 2. The Construction Of The Main Kennels Must Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 25, 2023 On The Minimum Conditions For Keeping Individual Species Of Animals Used For Entertainment, Shows, Films, Sports And Special Purposes (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1091). 3. Kennels Must Be Adapted To Dogs With A Height At The Withers Of Over 50 Cm: A) The Structure And Materials Used To Make The Kennel Constitute A Thermal Barrier And Ensure That The Temperature Inside Is Maintained Above 0°C; B) The Walls Are Solid, Providing Protection Against Strong Wind; C) The Vestibule Is 25 -30% Of The Kennel Area, And Separate Sleeping Places 70-75%; D) The Entrance To The Sleeping Place Is Covered With Insulating Material In Winter; E) The Roof Structure Allows It To Be Mechanically Lifted Or Completely Removed For Tidying, Disinfection And Airing Purposes Kennels; F) The Kennel Must Be Able To Be Placed In A Way That Ensures Insulation From The Ground. In The Offer, The Contractor Must Specify What Materials The Kennels Will Be Made Of (Walls, Insulation, Roofing). The Roof Should Be Opened Using Telescopic Actuators Or Hinges Due To Its Weight. The Kennel Should Be Insulated From The Ground Using Stands. The Kennels Will Be Placed In Roofed Pens. 4. A Detailed List Of The Assortment And The Type Of Materials For The Construction Of The Pens Is Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2.1-2.2 To The Swz (Respectively For Parts). 5. Unit Prices Given For Parts In Annex 2.1-2.2 Will Not Change Throughout The Duration Of The Contract - Contract Template - Annex No. 7 To Swz.6. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 7 To Swz7. The Minimum Value Of The Order That The Ordering Party Intends To Complete Under This Contract Is 70% The Amount Referred To In § 7 Section 1 Of The Contract Template - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements With Respect To The Assortment Listed In The Individual Items Of The Assortment And Price Form For Individual Parts (Annex No. 2.1-2.2 To The Swz) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment (Appendix No. 3 To Swz).9. Part No. 1 - The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Ready-Made Kennels For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months.10. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate The Period For Which He Will Provide A Warranty In The Offer Form (Respectively To The Part), The Ordering Party Will Assume That He Presented An Offer In Which He Committed To Provide A Warranty For A Period Of 24 Months For Ready-Made Buildings (Part 1) And 1
