The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Emergency Lighting For The Swimming Pool Building Of The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Żoliborz District - Stage 2. Detailed Scope Of Construction Works: The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Emergency Lighting And Evacuation Signs In The Swimming Pool Building Of The Sports And Recreation Center In The Żoliborz District At Street Potocka 1 In Warsaw – Stage 2. The Aim Of The Modernization Is To Adapt The Existing Emergency And Evacuation Lighting To Current Regulations And Standards Regarding Fire Safety. The Modernization Includes Lighting Of Escape Routes With Signs On All Floors, Staircases Intended For Evacuation As Well As Technical Rooms And Rooms Where Osir Customers Can Stay (E.G. Locker Rooms, Washrooms, Gym, Swimming Pool Hall, Parking Lot). Equivalent Solutions Wherever In The Documents Order (Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Together With Appendices - Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 7 To Swz), The Ordering Party Referred To The Standards, Equivalent Solutions May Be Used. If The Contractor Offers A Solution That Does Not Directly Correspond To The Reference Standards Described In The Above-Mentioned Documents, Then The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Articles 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Documents Attached To The Swz. In Such A Case, The Documents The Contractor Submits The Subject Matter Together With The Offer. In Each Case Of Use Of The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To Above In The Procurement Documents, The Contractor Should Assume That Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In 2023 (October - December), Emergency Lighting And Evacuation Signs Were Modernized In The Subbasement (Level -1 With The Technical Part And Garage) Of The Swimming Pool Building Of The Żoliborz Sports And Recreation Center In Accordance With With The Executive Design Of The Electrical Installation Of Emergency Lighting In The Osir Building Of The Żoliborz District Of March 18, 2021. Therefore, The Order Does Not Include The Implementation Of Stage I And Does Not Include The Implementati
