This Modernization Will Fundamentally Expand The Analytical Capabilities Of The Microscope Thanks To The High Sensitivity And Performance Of The New Device In Eels, Eftem, Diffraction And 4D-Stem Measurements. The Modernization Will Enable The Study Of Materials Highly Susceptible To Electron Beam Irradiation And Rapid Changes In The Chemical And Physical Properties Of Materials In The Nanoscale During In-Situ Experiments. Special Instrumentation Of The Device Will Enable Advanced Imaging Of Electric And Magnetic Fields With High Lateral Resolution In Materials For Spintronics Based On Measurements By 4D-Stem And Electron Dichroism Techniques In Eels.
