In The Health Harbor Hamburg Initiative (H³ Initiative), 21 Hamburg Planned Hospitals, Some Health Insurance Companies, The Hamburg Association Of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, The Hamburg Medical Association, The Hamburg Hospital Society, The Hamburg Health Industry And The Social Welfare Authority Have Come Together. The Goal Of The H³ Initiative Is To Accelerate Digitalization By Reducing The Fragmentation Of It Systems Within And Between Facilities And Thereby Improving Cross-Sector Communication And Data Exchange In The Health And Medical Sector In Hamburg. The Participating Hospitals And Clinic Providers Intend To Set Up Decentralized And Centralized Infrastructures For Data Exchange And Cross-Sector Communication. The Subject Of This Procurement Is The Central H³ Infrastructure With Mpi And Central Ihe Ad. The Use Case “Teleradiological Network Hamburg” Is To Be Implemented, In Which Documents And Image Data Are Made Available Locally For Subsequent Use In Further Treatment Episodes In Other Facilities. With The Authorization Granted As Part Of A Treatment, The Patient Can Allow Another Facility That Is A Participant In The H³ Initiative To Access The Documents And Image Data Provided And Include Them In The Treatment Documentation. The Central Infrastructure Includes The Central H³ Master Patient Index (Mpi) And Essential Components Of The Central Ihe Affinity Domain (Ihe Ad). A Comprehensive Administration Interface Must Be Provided For The Central Ihe Ad, Which Includes All Components And Includes The Monitoring Of Components, The Collection Of Performance Data And A Targeted Analysis Of Protocol Information And Error States.
