This invitation is open to firms registered in Ghana whose object clause permits them to execute such works. 2. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Prospective tenderers would be required to submit their tenders with the following mandatory requirements, which shall be used as criteria for preliminary selection: i. Company Registration Certificate (with current renewal receipt) ii. Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3K3) iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate iv. Tenderers shall be required to submit a tender security of 2% of the total tender price as part of the tender. 4.
