Electromechanical Equipment – ​​Supply Of Computer Equipment Of The Existing Eel Of D.E.Y.A. Zakynthos. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Equipment To Upgrade The Existing Eel Zakynthos As Well As The Accompanying It And Electrical Equipment. All Required Work For The Installation And Efficient Operation Of The Units Is Also Included. It Also Includes Its Normal Operation For A Period Of Six (6) Years. D.E.Y.A. Zakynthos Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Modify The Contract In The Part That Concerns: A. The Addition Of Treatment Units For The Upgrading Of The Final Effluent And For The Treatment Of Excess Sludge, In Accordance With Annex I Hereof (Detailed Description Of Physical And Economic Object). The Determination Of The Offered Technical Parameters That Will Determine The Above Additional Supplies Will Be Presented In The Technical Offer File In Accordance With Annex Vii Hereof And In Any Case Will Be In Accordance With The Specifications Set Forth In Annexes Ia Of Ib Hereof. The Option May Be Exercised In Accordance With Article 132 Of Law 4412/2016 Until The Completion Of The Supply. B. In Normal Operation For An Additional Period Of Six (6) Years (Option). In This Case The Budget Amounts To 84,000 Euros Per Year Of Application Of The Option Plus 24% Vat And To 504,000 Euros For The Six (6) Years Plus 24% Vat. The Option Can Be Exercised No Later Than The End Of The Normal Operation Of The Project.
