Washing And Dry-Cleaning Services – Washing And Dry-Cleaning Services. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Laundry And Dry Cleaning Services. The Service Also Includes: Water Washing With Finishing, Water Washing Without Finishing, Dry Cleaning Of Uniform Items, Repair Of Underwear, Uniforms, Cleaning And Disinfection Of Footwear, Including Rubber And Felt Footwear. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service In Accordance With The Draft Agreement And Its Annexes No. 2 List Of Unit Average Weights Of Items Of Uniform Supplies For Settlement Purposes In Laundry Plants, No. 3 Method Of Folding And Packing Items Of Uniform Supplies, No. 4 Standards For Calculation Of Repairs Of Items Of Uniform Supplies For Settlement Purposes In Laundry Plants. 3. Description Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Contract: 1) After Washing, Pre-Selecting Items Of Uniform Supplies That Are Suitable For Further Use And Intended For Scrapping, And Packing Them Separately; 2) Packing Items Of Uniform Supplies After Washing Or Dry Cleaning, Assortment, In The Manner Specified In Annex 3 To This Agreement; 3) Transport Of Items Of Uniform Supplies To And From The Ordering Partys Warehouses Located In The Towns Indicated In § 7 Section 4. 4) Loading And Unloading Of Uniform Supplies. 5) Items Sent For Washing By The Infirmary And Food Service (Including Soldiers Kitchens) Are Subject To Appropriate Sanitary And Epidemiological Procedures. 6) The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor By Phone About The Appearance Of Parasites. The Contractor Undertakes To Disinfect The Entire Product Range In An Effective Manner By Using Insecticides Or Other Methods Of Combating Them. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Employ By The Contractor Or Subcontractor All Employees Performing Activities Covering The Subject Of The Contract Described In §2 Of The Draft Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period:
