The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization Of The Road Lighting System In The Dobromierz Commune, Within One Public Procurement, I.E. Replacement Of The Existing Sodium Luminaires In The Amount Of Approx. 735 Pcs. With New Led Luminaires. The Scope Includes Replacing Energy-Inefficient Sodium Lighting Fixtures With Led Lighting Fixtures And Launching A Lighting Control System In The Fixtures. The Task Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Strategic Investments Program. Regulations Of The Ninth Edition Of The Call For Applications For Co-Financing Brightening Poland. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Use New Fixtures Manufactured In The European Union Or Approved For Use In The European Union. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Task - Required Technical And Construction Parameters For Road Luminaires, Location Data - Is Presented In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Provide Deliveries With The Utmost Care, Efficiency And Diligence, In Accordance With The Best Professional Practices And Experience, As Well As In Accordance With The Provisions Of Applicable Law. He Will Be Fully Liable To The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Claims Arising From Any Violation Of The Law And Provisions Of The Agreement By The Contractor Or Subcontractors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
