3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment For The Ckziu School Workshop In Łęczyca As Part Of The Project Entitled: We Educate Qualified Professionals. 3.2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The We Educate Qualified Professionals Project Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027, Contract No.: Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0056/23-00.3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Delivery Of A Lathe, A Milling Machine, Tool Sets, Impact And Impact Hammers, A Screwdriver And Drill, A Cutter, A Saw, A Saw, Keys, Tools, A Compressor, A Thermal Imaging Camera, A Workbench, A Welding Machine, A Construction Radio, A Charger, Battery, Etc. In The Quantities And With The Description Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Divided Into Two Parts Of The Order. Part No. 1 - Milling Machine, Lathe, Part No. 2 - Tools, Equipment, Workshop Equipment. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order.3.4. The Delivered Devices And Equipment Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, And Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New And Not For Exhibition Purposes, Free From Any Third-Party Rights. 3.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Work Related To The Arrangement And Installation - Setting Up The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 121 Point 2) Of The Public Procurement Law And Checking The Correctness Of Operation In The Presence Of Employees Designated By The Ordering Party.
