Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Building Installations – Maintenance Market For Controlled Mechanical Ventilation Installations (V.M.C) On The Real Estate Assets Of Pays De Meaux Habitat. Maintenance Contract For Controlled Mechanical Ventilation Installations (V.M.C) On The Real Estate Assets Of Pays De Meaux Habitat The Contract Includes A Fixed Part Corresponding To The Maintenance Services Included In The Package And A Part At Unit Prices In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Without Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 500,000 Euros Excluding Tax Concluded With An Economic Operator And Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Without Negotiation And Re-Competition In Application Of Articles R 2162-2 Paragraph 2 And R 2162-13 And 14 Of The Public Order Code. The Services Are Divided Into 2 Tranches, Namely: Firm Tranche: Firm Tranche For Maintenance Services (P2-1, P2-2, P2-3 And P3) (Maintenance Services For The Sites Mentioned In Appendix 1 To The Act Of Commitment). Optional Phase: Services For The Installation (Works) And Operation (P2-4) Of Remote Monitoring For The Sites Indicated In Appendix 4 To The Cctp. The Strengthening Of This Tranche Will Be The Subject Of A Service Order Within A Maximum Period Of 24 Months From Notification Of The Contract. The Work Must Be Carried Out Within A Maximum Period Of 12 Months From The Consolidation Of The Section.
