Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services to Undertake Design and Implementation of Postal Marketplace for La Poste De Djibouti The services included under the Phase 1 of the HDMI project aims to strengthen the development of more deeply integrated economies across the Horn of Africa region through the creation of a single digital market across Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, South Sudan and Sudan. These align with the IGAD Strategy (20212025), IGAD Regional Infrastructure Master Plan, the African Union (AU) Agenda 2063, African Union (AU) Digital Transformation Strategy for Africa (2020-2030) and AfDBs High 5 priorities, notably, Integrate Africa HDMI Project Aims to Strengthen National-Level Digital Services Platforms and Resolve Logistics Challenges Experienced by the Postal Sectors, as Outlined in the Eastern Africa Regional Integration Strategy Paper (RISP) and Respective Country Strategy Papers (CSP), and Hence the Need to Undertake the Design and Implementation of a Postal Marketplace for La Poste De Djibouti to Leverage the Extensive Postal Network Infrastructure across the Country to Facilitate the Exchange of Goods and Services by Combining Traditional Postal Services with E-Commerce Features, Thereby Enhancing Digital Trade in Djibouti and Also across the Region.
