These Are Supplies For The University Of Ostrava As Part Of The Lerco Project According To The Current Operational Needs Of The Client And All Its Components Until 31.12.2027 Or Until The Amount Of Czk 4,900,000 Without Vat Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First. A Description Of The Required Supply, Including Its Specification, Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation. This Is A Public Order Financed From The Funds Of The Ministry Of The Environment Through The State Environmental Fund Of The Czech Republic, From The Just Transformation Operational Program, Project Name Life Environment Research Center Ostrava, Reg. No. Cz.10.03.01/00/22_003/0000003 . The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 131 Et Seq. The Law On The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Single Supplier, On The Basis Of Which Individual Supplies Will Be Provided According To The Current Operational Needs Of The Contracting Authority And All Its Components. The Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Will Take Place Under The Business Conditions Set By The Contracting Authority (See Article 5 Of The Procurement Documentation) In Accordance With § 132, Paragraph 4 Of The Act In The Form Of Individual Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Without Renewal Of The Competition. The Awarding Of Individual Contracts Based On The Framework Agreement Will Take Place In The Form Of Sending A Written Order From The Contracting Authority. The Order Will Always Be Confirmed By The Winning Supplier No Later Than 2 Working Days After Its Delivery, See Appendix No. 3 Of The Tender Documentation - Business Terms And Conditions.
