Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Equipment Wooden and Steel Furniture (Racks, Almirahs, Tables, Filing Cabinets etc.) Conditions 01. Any request made on receipts, cheques or Money Orders dated after closing date of applications will be rejected. 02. Separate applications should be submitted for each of the above categories and separate payments should be made for each of them. 03. Registration fee of Rs. 250.00 should be paid for each application submitted for registration and that could be paid to this office between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days and the receipt obtained or a cheque or Money Order obtained in favour of the Secretary, Pradeshiya Sabha, Kamburupitiya should be attached to the application and sent to receive before 31.12.2024. 04. Any qualified supplier may apply for registration and the quotations submitted should be kept valid generally for six (06) months. Kamburupitiya Pradeshiya Sabha reserves the right to obtain quotations and obtain goods and services from other suppliers other than registered suppliers at times of necessity. Further, the suppliers should agree to supply goods and services on a credit basis for 30 days. 05.
