Tenders are Invited for Supply of Medical Equipment and Drugs (Ayurvedic) Conditions : 01. The Duly Prepared Application Forms should be Submitted to the Office before 29.12.2024. Any Number of Items can be Submitted through Application Form and a Registration Fee of Rs. 500.00 for each Item should be Paid to the Shroff of the Office on Weekdays from 9.00 a.m. To 3.00 p.m. And the Payment Receipt should be Attached with the Application. Alternately, a Cheque Drawn in the Name of "Secretary, Weligama Urban Council", for the Same Value should be Attached to the Application Form. If Payment is Made by Money Order, the Recipient "Secretary, Weligama Urban Council" and the Paying Post Office Weligama should be Mentioned.
