Tenders are invited for Provide Training Services in Erbil. 1 Design Training Curriculum as per the details below: Training Topics: o Basics of Conflict Resolution (exact topic to be built on CRS pre- trainings to be provided to selected org) o Conflict Analysis o Non-violent Communication and Mediation o Crisis Management o Digital Peacebuilding (OPTIONAL o Integration of Women, Peace and Security into Local level conflict resolution efforts (OPTIONAL) o Integration of Youth, Peace and Security into local level conflict resolution efforts (OPTIONAL) Duration of training the Curriculum should cover: 4.5 full days of in person training. Curriculum 1 2 Deliver training to 50-75 participants as per the details below: Duration of Training: The training will span 4.5 days, with each full day being made up of 8 hours. Number of Groups/ Participants: 2 groups of between 30-38 individuals Number of trainers required: 2 Primary Facilitators per group, 2 co-facilitators per group Venue: Training will be conducted simultaneously in 2 rooms in Erbil (either in the same venue or in separate venues) Training course of 4.5 days 1 3 Participate in After Action Review Participants: All training staff from contracted entity, and a technical representative if applicable. Dates: 2 days in mid-January. Event 1 4 Final Report/ Dossier Should include The Final Report A full financial report of costs and expenses incurred. A copy of the finalized training curriculum. A copy of the finalized training presentation material. A copy of all training handouts. Attendance lists from the training. Participant performance data or scores if applicable.
