1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Building Rooms In The Historic Town Hall Complex Into The Memorial Room In Wysoka.2. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program. 3. The Building Is Located In Wysoka At Plac Wolności 1, On Plots 593 And 594 With Identifiers 301909_4.0001.593, 301909_4.0001.594. The Building Is Under Conservation Protection. The Rebuilt Rooms Are Located On The Ground Floor Of The Building.4. It Is Planned To Create Two Exhibition Rooms, A Toilet Adapted For Disabled People, A Utility Room And A Social Room.5. As Part Of The Reconstruction, It Is Necessary To Perform, Among Others: 1) Demolition Works Of The Existing Condition, Among Others. Disassembly Of Existing Internal Door Joinery, Removal Of Wall Coverings Made Of Ceramic Tiles, Removal Or Removal Of Floor Layers, Demolition Of Existing Installation Casings; Dismantling The Electrical Installation, Dismantling The Existing Sanitary Fittings, Dismantling Sanitary Installations, Demolishing Partition Walls In Accordance With The Drawing, Making Punctures And Holes In The Walls In Accordance With The Drawing; 2) Renovation Works In The Field Of, Among Others: Cutting And Laying New Wall Coverings, Repainting The Walls Of Existing Rooms In Accordance With The Documentation, Cutting Off Floor Coverings And Making New Layers, Replacing Internal Door Joinery, Dismantling Some Elements Of The Electrical Installation And Some Elements Of The Water And Sewage Installation;3) Disposal Of Demolition Waste;4) Construction Of Lightweight Partition Walls; 5) Construction Of Penetrations And Passages In Brick Walls; 6) Reconstruction Of Installation Channels; 7) Renovation Of The Staircase, Including: Replacement Of Wooden Steps; 8) Waterproofing Of Floors And Walls In Wet Rooms. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include An External Ramp. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. Requirements For The Subject Of The Order: 6.1. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Construction Manager To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works.6.2. Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 24 Months (Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).6.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All The Requirements Specified In The Environmental Protection Regulations.6.4. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.6.5.
