The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Renovation Services, Including In Particular The Dismantling Of Existing Wall And Ceiling Claddings, Replacement Of Electrical Installations, Construction Of New Electrical Installations, Including Lighting, Replacement Of Water, Sewage And Central Heating Installations, Replacement Of Door Joinery, And Execution Of Finishing Works, Including: Installation Of Suspended Ceilings. From Plasterboards In Selected Rooms, Laying Wall And Floor Tiles Made Of Large-Format Polished Stoneware In The Social Rooms And Food Warming Rooms, Cloakrooms And Laundry Rooms, Priming, Wall Leveling And Painting, Installation Of Radiators, Sockets And Light Points Of The Electrical Installation. All Works, Including Interior Design, Will Be Preceded By A Full Visualization Of The Project Prepared By The Contractor And Presented For Approval By The Ordering Party.
