The Task In Question Includes The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Residential And School Premises For The Needs Of Establishing An Institution: Day Care Providers In Landzmierz And Łany, Consisting Of: Adaptation Of School Premises For The Needs Of Establishing A Day Care Institution, I.E. Places For Caring For Children Up To 3 Years Old In The Town Of Landzmierz . The Scope Of Works Includes: A. Demolition Works, Including: • Demolition Of The Existing Floor Made Of Tiles And Panels; • Removal Of Existing Tiles From The Walls; • Dismantling Of Existing Sanitary Equipment; • Dismantling Of Existing Door Joinery; • Partial Dismantling Of The Electrical Installation And Lamps. B. Construction Works, Including: • Installation Of Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboards; • Construction Of Self-Leveling Floors And Floors Made Of Commercial Carpets; • Installation Of Door Joinery; • Construction Of Wall Tiles In The Sanitary Room And Kitchen; • Replenishing Plasters And Plasters, Painting Works; • Installation Of Ventilation, Including Ducts And Grilles; • Water And Sewage Works Related To The Installation Of Networks Within The Sanitary Room And Kitchen; • Installation Of Sanitary Fittings Within The Sanitary Room; • Electrical Works Related To The Change Arrangement Of Partition Walls And Installation Of Lighting. This Order Should Be Completed Based On The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Consists Of Technical Drawings Along With A Description Of The Scope Of Work To Be Performed.
