Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Office Maintenance Services Specific tasks/ Procedures to be performed The contractor shall provide repair, maintenance and installation services for the following work in the Amref South Sudan property and to provide standby technicians on requests for below tasks: i) Plumbing Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters) in commercial and residential structures. Routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, identifying and diagnosing plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniques. ii) Carpentry Standby staff will do the Carpentry work on request basis which will include: Repair of desk, chair, cupboards Aluminum/ wooden windows & door disorder Door Frame and Door Lock iii) Masonry: Basic Masonry Work Repair & maintenance of basic masonry work as and when needed. Sealing Doors and Brick Works Completes light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required. Fair faced Brick Work Concrete Work Cement Plaster Tiling Works (Ceramic Floor Tile, Ceramic Wall tile, etc) Marble Works (flooring works, granite boarder works, granite wall partition, etc) iii) Painting: Basic Painting Work in the offices and premises and polish on wooden furniture as and when needed. iii) Metal Fabrication Fixing frames for sign posts, doors, windows. Local made panel door shutter Mosquito screen window shutter Fixed wire mesh with fly mesh Aluminum Skirting Repair of desk, chair, windows/door disorder, doorframe, door lock, sealing doors and window Scope of Work Routine Duties of the technician: Maintain the flow and drainage of water, waste, and other liquid by assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems in college facilities. Install, maintain and repair pipes and fixtures associated with water distribution in the office and guest house premises. Install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, or other liquids Assemble fittings and valves for installation. Analyse problem and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair. Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken. Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts Carry out any other task that may be assigned from time to time Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures inspection for the first time Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making a repair Duration of the Contract The proposed contract duration shall be 12 months Tender Link : https://comms.southsudanngoforum.org/c/tenders
