The Management Board Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Opens And Conducts A Procedure For Awarding A Public Procurement Of The Open Type On The Basis Of Art. 132 In Connection With Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1, Art. 19, Para. 2 And Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 3, B. B Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), In Order To Conclude A Contract For The Supply Of Plastic Protective Seals For Commercial Measuring Instruments. Plastic Seals Are Used To Protect Against Unauthorized Access By Unauthorized Persons To Commercial Metering Devices Installed In Electrical Energy Metering Panels. Plastic Seals For Sealing Commercial Measuring Instruments Are Composed Of Two Parts - A Body And A Pin (Insert). Seals Are Delivered To The Employer In Pre-Installation Condition. No Tools Are Required To Restore The Seals To Working Condition. It Is Sufficient To Apply Pressure With The Hand On The Pin To Permanently Fix It In The Body Of The Seal. The Body And Pin Of The Seals Are Made Of The Same Material - Polycarbonate, Certified According To Bds En 10204-3.1 Or Equivalent, Which Does Not Support Combustion, Is Resistant To Chemical Compounds, Moisture And Uv Radiation. Dismantling Of The Seals Is Only Possible After Their Destruction With Cutting Tools Or An Applied Force Exceeding The Tensile Force Declared By The Manufacturer. The Body Of The Seals Is Permanently Inscribed With Information And A Qr-Code Allowing Identification Of The Respective Seal. The Plastic Seals Are Delivered Complete With Sealing Wire, Ensuring Maximum Effectiveness Of The Seals Against Tampering. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Commissions Actions Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop). On The Basis Of Art. 52, Para. 5 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Requires Each Participant To Present 20 Pcs. Sample Seals For Verification And Assessment Of The Level Of Security And Protection, In Accordance With The Technical Requirements And Specifications Of The Employer.
