Expression of Interest are invited for Capacity Building Programs for Entrepreneur Support Organizations and Startups in Algeria A. Selection of ESOs and Startups: Develop criteria and a selection process for identifying suitable ESOs and startups. Conduct outreach and invite applications from potential ESOs and startups. Evaluate applications and select eligible ESOs and startups based on predefined criteria. B. Initial Diagnostic Assessment of the ESOs and startups: Conduct a thorough diagnostic assessment for each selected ESO and startup to understand their current capabilities, needs, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed assessment reports for each ESO and startup. C. Curriculum Design: Design a tailored training curriculum for ESOs based on the diagnostic assessments. Similarly, design a tailored investment readiness training curriculum for startups based on the diagnostic assessments. D. Capacity building Organization and practical implementation: Plan and organize a series of capacity building workshops and training events for the selected ESOs and startups. It would be critical to ensure that the selected ESOs have meaningful involvement in the delivery of the workshop for startups to create a hands-on learning experience for the ESOs. E. Data Collection and Metrics: Develop a framework for collecting data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the training. Collect baseline data before the training begins. Monitor and collect data during and after the training sessions. Analyze the data to evaluate the impact of the training on the ESOs and the Startups.
