The Order Involves The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting Of: Reconstruction Of The Existing Building Of The Forest District Headquarters, Including, Among Others: Adaptation Of Rooms, Construction Of Partition Walls, Replacement Of Windows, Painting Of Walls, Insulation, Construction Of Facades, Installation Of Permanent Shutters And Expansion Of The Existing Building With An Additional Wing With An Office And Conference Function, With A Usable Area Of ​​Approx. 450 M2 With A Separate Heating Source (Heat Pump). As A Result Of The Expansion, It Is Planned To Demolish The Entrance Part And Connect The Existing Part With The Newly Built One. The Order Also Includes Land Development And Installation Of Photovoltaics On The Ground. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove Energy, Water And Telecommunications Interference In Accordance With The Attached Conditions, Along With Preparing The Required Documentation And Obtaining Permits Necessary To Perform These Works. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Will First Carry Out A Procedure For Removing Energy Conflicts And Prepare The Necessary Documentation Allowing For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Energy Infrastructure.
