Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity To The Employers Facilities And Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Of The Ordering Party - The Andrespol Commune And The Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10 1997 Energy Law, Civil Code And Implementing Acts Issued On Their Basis.2. The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And Is Entitled To Conduct Public Procurement Proceedings On Behalf Of The Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune.3. The Andrespol Commune And Organizational Units Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Without Conducting Negotiations, Provided For Under Art. 275 Points 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, For The Supply Of Electricity To The Employers Facilities And Organizational Units Of The Andrespol Commune.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Titled Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Swz.5. The Estimated Demand For Electricity For Facilities In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Is 1,596,672 Kwh.6. The Ordering Party Declares That: 1) The Procedure For Selecting An Electricity Supplier In The Form Of A Tender Is Taking Place Once Again. 2) He Has Concluded An Electricity Sales Agreement With Hekla Energy Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Zabłocie 25/35, 30-701 Kraków - Contract Concluded For A Fixed Period, Until December 31, 2024, Does Not Require Notice.3) Concluded Contracts For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services With The Distribution Network Operator - Pge Dystrybucja Sa For An Indefinite Period.4 ) The Energy Consumption Forecast Indicated Above And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Only An Approximate Value, Which May Change During The Execution Of The Contract. Actual Energy Consumption (Smaller Or Higher Than The Forecast Indicated In Annex 1 To The Swz) Will Depend Solely On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Seller Is Obliged In Each Case To Apply The Energy Prices Offered In The Tender.5) Carrying Out The Task Of Modernizing 1,470 Pcs. Of Luminaires Lighting In The Andrespol Commune - The Assumed Reduction In Electricity Demand Is 533,441 Kwh Per Year. Value Included In The Estimated Demand.6) He Carried Out An Investment In The Modernization Of Street Lighting Consisting Of Replacing 280 Lamps With Led Ones, As A Result Of Which The Estimated Annual Savings In Electricity Consumption Should Amount To 101,607 Kwh. Value Included In The Estimated Demand.7) 8 Ppes Are Connected To Photovoltaic Micro-Installations, The Production Of Which Is Used For Their Own Needs, And The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Provide These Ppes With The Service Of Collecting Energy Fed Into The Dsos Network From The Micro-Installations On The Basis Of Separate Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Te
