A. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Retrofitting Of A Rest And Relaxation Zone For The Residents Of The Lenartowice Estate In Kędzierzyn-Koźle.B. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Small Architecture Elements 2) Construction Of A Pedestrian Route; 3) Cleaning And Leveling Of The Area. C. The Execution Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Informing The Ordering Party About The Current Status Of The Task Implementation. In Particular, Before Each Stage Of Completion Of Fading Works. The Ordering Party Will Inspect The Manner Of Their Implementation To Verify Whether All Standards Have Been Met. If These Conditions Are Not Met And Doubts Arise, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle The Place Of Disappearing Works And Redo It In Accordance With The Employers Assumptions. The Contractor Will Perform All These Re-Performance Activities At His Own Expense; 2) Tidying Up And Leveling The Area After Completing All The Works, Any Excavated Rubble Or Other Waste Will Be Managed At Its Own Expense In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Throughout The Entire Area Covered By The Scope Of Work, In Places Where Soil And Grass Losses Occurred, The Contractor Will Repair These Places And Sow Grass, For Which He Will Provide A One-Year Warranty Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Entire Task; 3) Renovations And Repairs Of Any Damage Caused During The Work, E.G. Damage To The Sidewalk Surface; 4) Transport Of Equipment From The Base To The Work Site And Back At The Companys Own Expense; D. Requirement Of Employment Under An Employment Contract Pursuant To 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order: • Works In The Field Of Construction Of Paved Surfaces E. Requirements Arising From The Act On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels Pursuant To Art. 68 Section 3 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 875, As Amended), The Ordering Party Requires That The Total Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Motor Vehicle Fleet Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law Used In The Performance Of This Task Was At Least 10%.
