This Is A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement (One Awardee) Which Is Implemented Gradually By Issuing Purchase Orders In Accordance With Articles R2162-2 And R2162-13 To 14 Of The Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum With A Maximum In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Public Order Code.
