TCDC is seeking an updated contract model that prioritises responsible asset stewardship, good compliance outcomes, a strong health and safety culture and transparency of costs while providing additional incentives for excellent Contractor behaviour. TCDC wishes to ensure flexibility and continuity of high service standards for the community, as TCDC continues with regional discussions under the national Local Water Done Well regime in parallel with this procurement process. TCDC is seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the Operations and Maintenance of the 3-Waters networks.
