Wellington Water (WWL the Buyer) will be procuring via a Construct Only (NZS 3910) delivery model and requires a respondent to supply and install the PLC/SCADA and MCC system at Moa Point WWTP. It is still to be decided whether the contract type will be Lump sum or Measure and value. This EOI is an open tender and is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process. From the EOI submissions, up to three tenderers will be shortlisted to subsequently submit a tender for the Contract Works (second stage).
