The main tasks involved in this Contract are: Separable Portion A: - Prepare Construction Management Plan for drilling under KiwiRail land. To include liaising with Waimakariri District Council. Provide other information to Council as required for KiwiRail Grant of Right application. - Apply and obtain contractor Permit to Enter railway - Apply and obtain contractor Permit to Dig - Apply and obtain contractor Track Access Request - Undertake and successfully complete any KiwiRail inductions and training required Separable Portion B: - Railway level monitoring - Drill entry and exit pit excavation, shoring and reinstatement - Drilling 400mm OD PE100 PN10 water main encasing pipe - Installing the 250mm OD PE100 PN12.5 water main inside the encasing pipe with pipe spacers. - Temporarily seal ends of pipe and provide location for future connection by others - Reinstatement of surface - Pressure test new pipe - PE joint testing / certification Tender Link : https://www.gets.govt.nz/WAIDC/ExternalTenderDetails.htm?id=30440209
