The school is undertaking relevelling and fitout works within a block that includes a Marae space that is used throughout term time, therefore the scope of work needs to be undertaken. It is a key deliverable to carry out works during the two holiday periods; (i) Summer holiday prestart date Friday 13 Dec 2024 to Thursday 30 January 2025 and (ii) April holiday - starts Saturday 12 April 2025 and finishes Sunday 27 April 2025 The school is built on landfill. Even though this is predominately fit out and relevelling, companies are asked to advise their experience working in a landfill site. The Schools Marae occupies a space within this block. A building consent is not required because the works are like for like replacement. NO SITE VISITS DURING THE ROI PROCESS though visits will be organised for the RFT process for shortlisted parties.
