Building Construction Work – Projekt Donatus Quartiersbebauung. In This Case, The Client Is Tendering The General Contractor Services For The Donatus District Development Throughout Europe. In Addition To The Housing Offering, The Planning Concept Also Includes Employment Opportunities, Which Are Realized On The Ground Floor Of The Anchor Building (House 1) Through The Integration Of Two Commercial Units And A Café. The Remaining Houses 2 – 8 Are Purely Residential Buildings With One Or More Room Rental Apartments. The Individual Buildings Are Planned To Be 3 Storeys With A Full/Partial Basement. For The District Development, Eight Free-Standing, Three-Story Buildings With A Full Basement Are Being Built On A Site Area Of ​​Approximately 13,650 M² (Dimensions Approximately 200 M X 70 M), All Of Which Are Connected In The Basement To The Centrally Located, Underground District Garage.
