Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of Tp Dgs Yakuruda For A Period Of 36 Months

The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor Who Will Be Assigned The Supply Of Electricity And Coordination Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of Tp Dgs Yakoruda. Delivery Of A Net Amount Of Low-Voltage Electrical Energy And Coordination Of A Balancing Group Is Carried Out In The Following Locations: The Administrative Building Of The Tp Dgs Yakuruda, An Administrative-Domestic Building, A Building - Garages, Other Buildings, All With An Address On The Territory Of The Municipality. Yakoruda, Region Blagoevgrad; The Estimated Amount Of Electricity That Will Be Supplied For The Duration Of The Contract Is Determined On The Basis Of Energy Consumed For The Previous Period For All Sites Of The Contracting Authority, Indicated In The Instructions For Participation, And Is In The Amount Of About 11,500 Kwh Per Year. Estimated Amount Of Electricity For Three Years – 34,500 Kwh. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, After Concluding The Contract For The Supply Of Electricity, To Adjust The Corresponding Amounts Necessary For The Supply Of Electricity, Provided There Is Sufficient Data On The Amount Of Electricity Needed. The Employer Will Not Pay The Contractor A Fee For Participation In The Balancing Group, Beyond The Price Offered By The Participant. In The Case Of Electrical Energy Imbalances, The Same Will Be At The Contractors Expense. The Employer Will Not Be Charged Additional Amounts For Excess And Shortage. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Does Not Commit The Employer To Use It, And The Contractor Undertakes To Supply The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For A Day, A Month And For The Entire Delivery Period. In Case Of Deviations From The Requested Amounts Of Electricity For Each Settlement Period In The Daily Delivery Schedules And Their Payment Are Arranged By The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, And All Costs/Revenues Of The Balancing Will Be At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Pays Once A Month The Amount Of Electrical Energy Used, Recorded By The Measuring Devices At The Relevant Measuring Points At A Price Proposed By The Participant And After Presentation Of A Duly Formed Tax Invoice. The Invoices For The Required Amounts Of Energy For The Sites Are Issued By The Contractor And Paid By The Client. If Necessary, Within The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Include New Objects For Which It Will Pay For The Consumed Electrical Energy, At The Price Agreed With The Contractor And Within The Financial Resources Provided. The Proposed Price For The Supply Of Net Electricity Should Not Include The Price For Transmission And Access Through/To The Electricity Distribution Networks, The Price For Transmission And Access Through/To The Electricity Transmission Network, The Obligation To Society Price, Excise Duty And Vat Determined By Kevr.
