Tenders are invited for Anesthetic machines, ventilator. CPAP Bipap and Respirative Device spare parts and accessories. Duly completed applications together with a registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 per each item could either be sent by Registered Post or delivered by hand addressed to "Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Teaching Hospital, Badulla". If the registration fee is paid to the bank, it should be credited to Account No. 7040186 maintained at the Bank of Ceylon in favour of the Director - Teaching Hospital, Badulla and the bank slip should be sent with the application.
