Tenders are invited for Supply of Neonatal Ventilator with HFOV Value of Bid Security (Rs.): 300,000 Original receipt obtained from the Shroff of the National Hospital, Kandy upon payment of non-refundable bid fee of Rs. 5,000.00 and a certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate and a letter of request for documents should be submitted to obtain bid forms. Bid forms may be obtained from the Accounts Division of the National Hospital, Kandy between 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on normal working days from 18.10.2024 until 07.11.2024. When a representative calls over to collect documents, he should submit the letter of authorization from the applicant and the National Identity Card to prove the identity. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Office of the Director of National Hospital, Kandy at 10.30 a.m. on 08.11.2024. Participation in this pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at 10.30 a.m. on 08.11.2024 at the Office of the Director of National Hospital, Kandy. Applicant or the authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids. If a representative is attending, he should submit a letter of authorization of the applicant and the National Identity Card to prove the identity.
