1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Order Entitled We Light Up The Miedźno Commune In The Design And Build System.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design And Modernization Of The Existing Lighting In The Commune, Consisting In The Replacement (Disassembly) Of 37 Non-Energy-Saving Luminaires With New Energy-Saving Led Luminaires, 37 Pieces, Delivered And Installed By The Contractor. The Installed Lighting Fixtures Must Be Brand New, Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Fixture And Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i, And Will Be Covered By A Warranty For A Period Of At Least 60 Months. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Use New Fixtures Manufactured In The European Union Or New Fixtures Approved For Use In The European Union.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Obtaining Decisions/Permits/Notifications Necessary To Perform The Order, Obtaining Opinions, Technical Conditions From Tauron, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Investment Cost Estimate And Other Documents And Studies Necessary To Implement The Intention, And Then Implementation Of The Task. In Accordance With The Developed Documentation And Carrying Out Control And Measurement Tests.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Contract, Errata To The Functional And Utility Program, The Functional And Utility Program, Applicable Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions Obtained From Tauron, Including Led Luminaires Must Meet The Technical Requirements Of Tauron. Note: The Subject Of This Order Does Not Include The Entire Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program: From The Scope Presented In The Ffu - The Subject Of This Order To Be Implemented Is Lp 5 To 17 Shown In Column 4 In The Table In Point 1.3 Of The Ffu.5.
