The Subject Of The Order Is: Part No. 1 - Construction Of A Roof With A Permanent Structure For The Existing Multi-Purpose Sports Field At The School And Kindergarten Complex In Ogrodzieniec, As Part Of The Task Related To The Construction Of A Sports Facility.• The Scope Of Work Included In The Co-Financing Includes: Arched Roof With A Wooden Structure, Earthworks , Drainage, Foundations, Roof Covering, Electrical Installations And Hall Lighting, Central Heating Installation, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installation, Sports Equipment, Laser Shooting Range, General Construction Works Planned During The Modernization And Roofing Of The Multi-Purpose Sports Field, Information Board.• The Remaining Scope Of Work Includes: Demolition Works, Polyurethane Pitch Surface, Construction Of A Connector Between The Covered Multi-Purpose Pitch And Social Facilities.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz).3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Construction Works Performed, Materials Used And Installed Devices, For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.4. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documents. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That That The Equipment And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.7. The Use Of The Label In The Documents Provided Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Ev
