The Complete Hr System Will Be Implemented In Various Units Of The City Of Helsinki, Including Industries, Business Establishments And Agencies. A Pre-Configured Hr Overall System Means That The Software Or System Is Pre-Programmed, Installed And Defined According To The Needs And Purpose Of Use. This Means That The Software Has Settings, Processes, Workflows And Reporting Models Based On Best Practices, Use Cases Or General Business Needs Ready Before The Actual Implementation Project. The Overall Hr System Covers Basic Personnel Data Management, Service Relationship Management, Personnel Development, Performance Management, Rewards, Resourcing And Information Management. The Solution Will Be Used In The Digitization Of The Citys Personnel Management And In The Unification Of Operating Methods. The Overall Hr System Will Function As The Main System (So-Called Master) Where Basic Personnel Information And Information Related To The Service Relationship Is Maintained And On Which The Payroll System As Well As Other Existing And Possibly Later Acquired Hr Information Systems Are Based.
