Tenders are invited for Government Land Development Program (Gldp) - 44 Housing Units at Madinat Salman Island 14 Project Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The Madinat Salman Island 14 Project part of a Government Land Development Programme involves the development of 44 housing units on government owned land. The units will be developed by the private sector. Bidders will compete for a license to develop the project and the one offering the highest land value while meeting all technical criteria will be chosen. The successful bidder will be responsible for designing_financing and constructing the 44 housing units and connectivity with the existing infrastructure which includes three 11Kv substations. The developer will sell these units to beneficiaries of MoHUPs social housing financing programs. After the projects completion and the sale of all units the developer must pay MoHUP the agreed land value. Additionally MoHUP will offer a buy back arrangement for any units that remain unsold 24 months after the projects construction is completed.
