Work Detail
Engineering Services – Vgv Bauphysik - Heinrich-Suso-Gymnasium. The City Of Konstanz Intends To Expand The Heinrich-Suso-Gymnasium School With The Construction Of A New Three-Field Sports Hall In A Building Complex In The “Musician Quarter” On The Right Bank Of The Rhine In The Petershausen Ost District, Not Far From The Shore Of Lake Constance. Life Cycle Costs: Structural And Technical Measures Should Be Used To Achieve An Optimized Ratio Of Investment Costs To Usage Costs. The Economic Viability Of The Building Must Be Considered Over Its Entire Life Cycle. The Design Concept Must Take Into Account The Production, Operating And Maintenance Costs Through: - The Appropriateness Of The Structural Measures (Especially Space Efficiency, Building Shape, Supporting Structure, Facade, Etc.) - The Ease Of Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Facade - The Avoidance Of Maintenance-Intensive Building Technology - Cheap Maintenance Building Constructions - Through A Sustainable Material Concept (Cradle To Cradle) - Low-Maintenance Building And Supporting Structures. /// Sustainability: The Building Will Be Constructed In Wood Or Wood Hybrid Construction. The Differentiation Of The Facades And Components As Well As The Comprehensible Handling Of Materials Must Be Taken Into Account. Care Must Be Taken To Ensure Material-Appropriate And Therefore Economical Planning. The Design Of The New Roof Areas As Green Roofs For Retention In Combination With Integrated Photovoltaics Is Expressly Desired. The Minimum Requirement For The Building Is The “Efficiency House Kfw 40 Ee” Standard. In Order To Achieve The Climate Goals, The Sponsor Expects The Conscious Use Of Resources In The Manufacture, Construction And Operation Of The Building. The Construction Method, The Components And The Service Life Of The Building Materials Are Intended To Sustainably Reduce The Buildings Co2 Emissions. The Co2 Footprint Must Be Kept As Low As Possible During Both The Construction And Operation Of The Building. Materials/Building Materials Used, Recyclability, Possibility Of Dismantling And Reusability Must Be Checked As Part Of The Design. To Save Resources, Product Cycles Based On The Cradle-To-Cradle Principle Must Be Taken Into Account In The Planning. When It Comes To Sustainable Construction, The Issue Of Sufficiency Also Plays A Major Role. The Organizers Goal Is To Use Materials And Energy Sparingly And To Use As Little Raw Materials As Possible. The Idea Of Creating A Building That Is As Resource-Efficient As Possible Should Be Developed Right From The Design Stage. /// The Heating System Of The Existing School Center Is Powered By Gas And Urgently Needs To Be Replaced. The Type Of Heating System In The New Development Has Not Yet Been Determined. Both The Separation Of Existing Buildings And The New Development As Well As The Consolidation Of The Supply Are Conceivable. As A Precautionary Measure, A Central Heating Room Will Be Installed In The New Development, Which Will Allow For The Possibility Of Connecting The Buildings Together For Heating Purposes In The Longer Term. Supplying The New Development With Gas, Geothermal Energy Or Wood
