Only eligible vendors or representatives shall collect detailed Specifications with a Request for quotation from the International Medical Corps head office from October 14, 2024, to October 23, 2024. Working hours are morning from 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon from 1:30 PM to 04:00 PM. Bidders should bring a copy of the Companys License while collecting bid documents. Tender documents must be submitted to the International Medical Corps head office on October 24, 2024, during working hours, morning from 10:00 AM till 12:30 PM and in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 04:00 PM after registration and signing made on the logbook in Addis Ababa office. The tender will open by October 25, 2024, at 10:00 AM. IMC shall not have accepted the tender document before or after the closing date and time.
