Proposals Can Be Mailed To The Attention Of Jaclyn James, County Administrator For The Clinch County Board Of Commissioners, 22 Court Square, Suite B Homerville, Georgia 31634. Proposals Received After The Designated Time Will Not Be Considered. Clinch County Board Of Commissioners May Select A Successful Low Bidder After Evaluation Of All Bids. The Scope Of Work Includes:Fy 2024 Locations On Antioch Hwy, Withers Road And One Location On April Roaddrainage Pipe Replacementsall Proposals Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Bond In Favor Of The Clinch County Board Of Commissioners In The Amount Of At Least Five Percent (5%) Of The Lump Sum Bid For The Complete Work: Such Bid Bond Representing That The Bidder, If Awarded A Contract, Will Promptly Enter Into A Contract And Furnish Performance Bond And Payment Bonds As Provided By The Law And Approved By The Attorney For The Clinch County .All Work On The Project Must Be Completed Within 180 Consecutive Calendar Days Of Date Work Begins.
