On Regulation In Network Sectors And Other Generally Binding Legal Regulations Relating To The Field Of Electric Power (Hereinafter Referred To As Energy Regulations), Namely To The Collection Points Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of These Tender Documents. The Supply Of Electricity Must Correspond To The Technical Conditions And Operating Procedures Of The Distribution Network Operator And Must Be In Accordance With The Valid Legal Regulations Of The Slovak Republic. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of The Tender Documents, In Appendix No. 2 Tender Documents – Draft Contract Terms And In Annex No. 3 Competition Documents. By Describing The Subject Of The Contract In Detail, The Contracting Authority Established The Minimum Requirements That It Requires To Be Observed For The Given Subject Of The Contract.
