Tenders are invited for Rfp # 021-2024- for Providing Consultancy Services to the Medium, Small, And Micro Enterprises Development Agency (Msmeda) Aiming at the Enhancement of Msmedas Organizational Development (Job Profiles, Job Evaluation, Competency Framework) Enhancement of MSMEDAs Organizational Development Deadline: October 31, 2024 The goal of the STEP Project is to provide technical assistance to the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA) to successfully fulfill its mandate to support the growth and resilience of the MSME sector in Egypt. MSMEDA is in need of institutional and technical support and capacity building in order to improve the quality of and access to its service delivery and to enhance the business-enabling environment for MSMEs in Egypt. The Supporting Transformation of Enterprise Performance activity will provide various interventions including organizational development and digital transformation to MSMEDA so that it can effectively implement Law 152/2020 and act more efficiently as a facilitator to improve the provision of financial and non-financial services demanded by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and startups.
