Hekkestraat 26, 2890 Puurs-Sint-Amands (Sub-Municipality Of Sint-Amands). This Assignment Is An Integrated Assignment In Which The Contractor Is Entrusted With The Design Of The School Building (As Close As Possible To The Desired Design) And The Building Technology, As Well As The Integral Phased Implementation Of The Architectural Design And The Design Of The Building Technology. This Assignment Is Characterized By A Result Obligation On The Part Of The Contractor With A Specific Distribution Of The Risks Regarding Design And Implementation, Whereby The Contractor Is Responsible For Relieving The Client Of Worries By Realizing A “Turnkey” Project On A Site Where Simultaneous Other Works Will Be Carried Out With Minimal Disruption To Local Residents And Current Users Of The Site (Educational Context). Prior To This, Some Buildings Will Have To Be Demolished (In This Assignment), Which Will Also Involve Asbestos Removal.
