Tenders are invited for Renovation of Existing Building (2 Storied), Interior Improvement Works, Building Extension for New Bathrooms and External Works Tender Fee: 10000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: 300000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank, 933, Kandy Road, Wedaniulla, Kelaniya, through Oil 2035474 between 09.00 lirs and 15.00 hrs from 15**1 October 2024 to 04**1 November 2024. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application to Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank (RDB), 933, Kandy Road, Wedaniulla, Kelaniya, from 15*h October 2024 to 04*11 November 2024 between 9.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs upon payment of above mentioned non- refundable fee. The method of payment shall be in cash. Interested bidders may inspect the bidding documents at the same address. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 29th October 2024 at 11.00 hrs at the Meeting Room (02nd Floor), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank (RDB), 933, Kandy Road, Wedaniulla, Kelaniya. The Bidder, at the Bidders own responsibility and risk, is requested to visit and examine the Site of required work and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Bid and entering into a contract. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Bidders own expense. Sealed Bids shall be delivered or deposited in the tender box (located in the Ground Floor of the RDB Head Office) to the Assistant General Manager (Engineering & Administration), Pradeshiya Sanwardhana Bank (RDB), 933, Kandy Road, Wedamulla, Kelaniya, on or before 14.00 hrs on 05**1 November 2024.
